I have been a lover of LUSH
products for quite some time now. They have such high quality products that
truly last a long time, and all products smell amazing and are freshly made
with fresh ingredients… not to mention that they do not test anything on
animals! I’ve been a strong and devout lover of their body washes – my
favourites being It’s Raining Men, and Snow Fairy. These body washes smell so
amazing, I cannot even begin to describe them, as nothing I say will do them
justice!
I am particularly drawn to sweet,
honey-smelling scents, which is one of the reasons that the body wash It’s
Raining Men has my heart. It’s Raining Men is a decadent, honey-scented wash
that is made up of actual honey and is infused with some orange and bergamot
oils, which give it a rich toffee-fudge aroma that is almost edible. It is
honestly my favourite body wash on the market.
Snow Fairy, on the other hand, is
a seasonal body wash that is a beautiful, creamy pink cotton-candy colour. In
my opinion, this body wash smells like sweet candy and bananas with vanilla.
When I first discovered this body wash, it was 3 years ago when I was in
university and living with my roommate – who swore by this shower gel, and
always stocked up on it every holiday season. Every time after she showered,
our whole floor would smells amazing and I knew I would need to make the
splurge to invest in my own bottle! Of course, everyone perceives smells a
little differently, but there is no way anyone could smell this and think
anything but happy thoughts! It smells THAT good. This body wash is described
as being a bubblegum and vanilla wash, with some shimmering biodegradable
luster, which is basically a soft hint of eco-friendly glitters! This is a must-smell, must-try body wash!
Overall, I think that it’s pretty
obvious that I am a LUSH-aholic, so I’m going to end this review here.
Basically, I would highly recommend either of these shower gels to anybody and
everybody! If you know of any other awesome ones, please let me know! I’m
always happy to try other washes. Another fun fact, LUSH gives out free samples…
Use this to your advantage people! If you’re not sure about spending $30 on
your own bottle, try it out first for free, and then go back – I can almost
guarantee you’ll end up making that purchase!
