A place I once called home!

Queen's University is a gorgeous university, nestled right in the heart of the limestone city! It is even rumoured to be the best university on the planet. I've even heard that they produce the most impressive graduates...

Ok, I may be a little biased and may be kidding around just a tad. Hehe. Any form of higher education is remarkable in its own right for sure.

I definitely miss this place though! Lately, I've been missing learning and attending classes. I miss studying, researching, and pouring all of my efforts into writing essays and producing my best work. I am a kind of person who craves mental stimulation, so it has been a big adjustment to go from being a working student to a graduate working everyday for a living in a customer service role, assisting people with what one might call fairly trivial and minuscule issues.

Not to mention, I also miss the freedom associated with being a student. It was so much fun getting to do a ton of lunch and coffee dates with friends, study dates in the library (that were not really for studying, of course). Queen's is also pretty breathtaking, with tall limestone buildings that look like castles, so it was awesome just taking walks across and around campus. Maybe one day I will be able to pursue some higher education in graduate studies!
